Refund Policy

At TechHaven, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, our refund policy provides a fair and transparent process.

Please review the following terms and conditions:

1. General Refund Terms

● Refunds are applicable within 7 days of the purchase date.

● A valid proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required for all refund requests.

● The device must be returned in its original condition, along with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

● TechHaven reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving a refund.

2. Refund Conditions Based on Device Condition

A. New - Box Pack Devices

● Refunds are only possible if the box is not opened or tampered with.

● Opened or activated devices are not eligible for a refund.

B. Pre-Owned & Used Devices (Excellent / Good / Almost New - Slightly Used)

● Devices must be returned in the same condition as sold, with no additional damage or modifications.

● If any new damage is found, TechHaven may deny the refund or deduct an appropriate amount from the refund value.

● Factory reset and removal of personal accounts (Apple ID, Google Account, etc.) are mandatory before returning the device.

3. Refund Process

1. Customers must initiate a refund request by contacting TechHaven customer support within the 7-day refund window.

2. Once approved, the device must be returned to a designated TechHaven store or shipped at the customer’s expense.

3. After inspection and approval, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items & Exceptions

● Devices that have been physically damaged, altered, or repaired after purchase.

● Any software-related issues caused after purchase.

● Accessories (chargers, cases, screen protectors, etc.) are non-refundable.

● Devices that fail eligibility checks due to non-removal of personal accounts.

5. Additional Notes

● If the device is found to be defective within 7 days, customers may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

● TechHaven reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
